Due to increased growth we are looking for a capable and well-organized person to support the sales team in the Wales Branch. This is a varied and interesting role for the right candidate. Southern Solar is a young, growing company with a great team of people who are passionate about renewable energy.
Job Description
- Sales lead prequalification, speaking/emailing with customers and giving them guidance regarding solar for their homes and businesses
- Giving advice on the latest government incentives: Feed-in Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive
- Managing the sales survey calendar
- Salesforce database entry and maintenance
- Post installation customer care and satisfaction
- Support the office and sales staff
- Ordering office supplies
- Actively looking for ways to assist colleagues
- Send routine financial information to head office, time sheets, receipts etc
EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Experience of office administration
- Experience of customer service
Desirable
- Experience of sales – telephone or face to face
- Knowledge of solar electric and thermal systems
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above
Desirable
- Degree level qualification 2.2 or above
- Sales training
