Business Development Officer

Paragon Europe is looking for one Business Development Officer to join our EU Office in Brussels.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in IT, Management, Economics or any other related area of study
• At least 3 years of professional experience of which at least 1 in European B2B sales
• Advanced level of English and French is essential, good knowledge of other languages (Dutch/Arabic/Chinese) is considered as an asset
• Strong business development skills and partnership acumen
• Experienced in working towards company's targets and key performance indicators

SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Knowledge of the EU digital and banking sector 
• Pragmatic, capacity to find solutions rapidly
• Proactive and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Able to diplomatically engage stakeholders and clients
• Preferably with a valid driving licence
