We currently have an opportunity for experienced Bush Regenerators to contribute to our Brisbane and Gold Coast Bush Regeneration Teams. We are looking for skilled professionals with strong plant identification and ecological restoration experience who want to contribute to better management of Australia’s ecosystems. You will participate in a wide range of regeneration projects within a supportive team environment with great opportunities for learning and development.

The ideal candidates will have good knowledge of and experience in Bush Regeneration, relevant qualifications/competencies and strong operational safety. Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 12 months experience
• Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration)
• Chemcert or ACDC certification
• Strong SEQ plant identification skills – native and exotic across a range of ecosystem types
• Demonstrated experience in weed management
• Demonstrated experience in applying a number of restoration approaches e.g. assisted regeneration, revegetation
• Demonstrated experience in revegetation including site preparation and planting in a range of situations and ecosystem types
• A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices and a willingness to promote Ecosure’s safety culture
• Manual Drivers Licence

• A high level of physical fitness
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Motivated, self-driven and able to prioritise
