Description

The Australian Youth Climate Coalition is the peak youth body on climate change in Australia. The AYCC seeks to mobilise a generation of young people to avert the climate crisis. The AYCC represents over 20 youth organisations across Australia and our fortnightly bulletin is one of the key ways of keeping them networked and informed.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills to edit the Bulletin. The Bulletin includes an update from the AYCC, as well as updates from member organisations. In this way everyone working in the youth climate movement can maintain a big picture view of the whole movement and see opportunities for information sharing and collaboration.

Useful skills include:

  • Written communication
  • Oral communication, relationship building and networking
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Computer skills
  • Passion

    The Bulletin is a new initiative and thus we are also looking for someone with enthusiasm and creative flair to get it happening.

    This job can be done from anywhere in Australia.
