Provides legal consultation and advisory work on complex legal matters and projects in the Asia Pacific Region with a focus on Indonesia. Reviews organizational documents, and prepares, reviews and negotiates contracts. Ensures that transactions are legally sound and consistent with the Conservancy’s mission, authority, policies and procedures, and that conservation project information and documentation is reported and filed accurately. Structures and negotiates complex agreements involving multiple parties. Works with program staff to ensure that operations and implementation of programs are within the parameters of the Conservancy’s policies and procedures and the laws of the appropriate jurisdictions.
