Location: Oakland, CA - BTTR's office

Description: Be our front line of customer service via telephone, email, and social media. Help make our customers feel loved and cared for! Have a positive attitude, and desire to be part of an amazing team.

Qualifications: Communications rock star, be able to handle yourself in a high energy, fast paced office environment. Comfortable operating Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, as well as email, fax/copy machines. Have the ability to wear many hats. Share our passion and vision!!
 

PR and Marketing Associate

Full time; Pay: $40,000 + annual bonus

Description: Primary: Take charge of BTTR’s PR outreach in order to build brand and product awareness. Secondary:  Work alongside company founders to develop and execute marketing strategy (working with retail partners, keeping curent social media platforms, community newsletters, and website content)

Executive Coordinator

Full time; Pay: $40,000

Description: Be the office ninja and work alongside company founders on various special projects. All-around all-star who can adapt and excel in a myriad of tasks and situations.

Qualification: College Degree, Min: 3.5 GPA, well spoken, articulate, flexible, efficient, uber-well organized, analytical thinker, leadership experience
 

Regional Biz Dev Lead (NY, Boston, DC)

Full time; 25% commission within all sales from the region

Description: Take lead over growing the BTTR movement in your region - drive sales, build the buzz, and be the face of the company in your region. Primary focus: increase sales of Mushroom Gardens in the region

Qualification: College degree, entrepreneurial, great people-person, well organized, passion for the role, & self-starter. Past sales-experience a plus. 

Brand Ambassador

Part time (growth to full-time position available); Pay $8/hr + commission

Location: Southern California (San Diego and Los Angeles), Atlanta, Portland, Minnesota

Description: As a brand ambassador your primary responsibilities will include researching and organizing logistics for various events in conjunction with our regional Business Development Lead and attending events to interact with customers, spread the Back to the Roots story, and grow our business. You’ll be responsible for learning the Back to the Roots story and living it every day as you educate our current and future customers about our simple, sustainable, and fun products while having an awesome time!

Qualifications: We need someone who is incredibly energetic and enthusiastic, passionate about sustainability and Back to the Roots' mission, and most importantly excited to learn what it takes to work hard and grow a startup!
