HOURS OF WORK: Average 36 Hours per week variable throughout  the year

JOB STATUS: Permanent

SALARY PER ANNUM:  £15,362

DIRECTORATE: Great Glasshouses & Training, Horticulture Kew Gardens

LOCATION: The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Richmond upon Thames, Surrey, TW9 3AB

JOB DETAILS:

In this role you will provide comprehensive support to the Great Glasshouses and Training Team assisting with the care and maintenance of the botanical collections in the Orchid Unit of the Tropical Nursery. Working in a team of Kew staff, students, trainees and volunteers, including interns and work experience students, you will support the team leader and team. You will ensure collections are maintained to a high standard and horticultural maintenance and cultivation techniques are carried out as required.
