Biomass Project Manager, Cardiff
My client is one of the UK`s leading independent renewable energy developers, and they are looking to add a strong project manager to their team.
Position Overview:
The role will include a wide range of aspects including planning and development, funding, and other responsbilities right up until the construction stage. You will need to be highly motivated and dicisplined but will gain the privlidge of international travel and a great remuneration package depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage all engineering and construction contracts in the biomass sector
Establishing a contract suite that allows projects to be financed efficiently
Taking a leading role in the negotiation of EPC contracts
Preparing monthly progression and budget reports
Overcome challenges through risk analysis
Education:
The ideal candidate will preferably be educated to degree level in some aspect of renewable energy although this is not essential.
Core Requirements:
Experience in the renewable energy sector
Willing to travel internationally
Prepared to work full time hours
