Biofuels Business Development Manager, Brazil

My client is one of the leading companies in this sector in the world  and they have one of the most balanced energy mixes in the market. They maintain a business strategy of continuous investment, aiming to increase its presence in the market , both national and international . They are now looking to recruit a senior development manager to develop their business in the Latin American market.

Responsibilities:-

• Leading, developing and coaching a cross-functional team to identify and develop investment opportunities in Brazil
• Develop relationships with both new and existing clients
• Develop business plans
• Suggest and Implement business improvements for strategic growth
• Achieve sales targets
• Arrange client meetings and presentations
• Lead negotiator and development of negotiation strategy
• Responsible for overall project assurance, integrity and sanction

Requirements:-

• You will have at least 3-5 years of business development experience, with an excellent track
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites
• Must have strong educational background (MBA would be desirable)

• Proficient with making impactful presentations
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities

• Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
