Biodiversity Project Officer

Salary up to £23,000 pa

+ Pension

+ Travel

The role is to initiate, support and resource projects which contribute to the conservation and enhancement of Essex species and habitats. This is achieved through access to a substantial budget and generating additional funding for project work. You will lead and manage habitat and survey projects and other initiatives. You will have the confidence and knowledge to advise external partners and landowners on biodiversity issues and act as an advocate to promote biodiversity work across Essex 

Fixed term contract until February 2016 

Based at Joan Elliot Visitor Centre, Abbotts Hall Farm, CO5 7RZ
