Responsibilities: Manages multiple procedures regarding Clean Energy Works Oregon (CEWO) program ensuring projects meet CEWO guidelines including:

  • Customer Service – ensures that homeowner is clear on the program offerings as they pertain to processes, roles, and resources for support.
  • Quality –
    • Ensures that contractor-gathered diagnostic data is accurate and recorded. 
    • Ensures that weatherization, and health and safety items are appropriately addressed in scope of work.
    • Ensures that weatherization, and health and safety items are installed per BPI and Energy Trust of Oregon weatherization specifications.
