The Associate, Education Operations & Production will support both the development and delivery of USGBC instructor-led education products and the internal fulfillment needs for USGBC’s Education Department. Time will be shared equally between the tasks listed below. The Associate will work closely with the Director of Education Operations, the Education Delivery and Resources Coordinators and other Education business units to ensure the effective fulfillment of USGBC Education for each client. Additionally, this role entails providing efficient and comprehensive operational support to the education department. Responsibilities include report tracking, purchase order and invoice processing, preparing documents and filing, research, and report preparation. Ideal candidates will work well independently and in team settings, are extremely detail oriented, have excellent Excel skills, have interest in contracts and license documents and regularly show initiative. For instructor-led courses (online blended learning and full-day and half-day workshops), Associate will cull developed content into course materials and other product resources, working closely with internal and external subject matter experts and other USGBC departments and Education teams. The Associate will support the Manager, Instructor-Led Education on all aspects of product development, ensuring project deadlines are met and resources are successfully launched; Associate is encouraged to bring innovation to the role.
