Job Description: 
To support our growth we seek Associates to work supporting our clients and projects in our Climate Change & Sustainability Division.  Associates will contribute to and help manage the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff.   Associates at ICF International have an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and interact with experts and clients in the field, while also building content knowledge and consulting skills. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with data collection and analysis
  • Reviewing literature
  • Conducting interviews and surveys
  • Solving quantitative and qualitative problems
  • Interacting with federal and commercial clients
Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Environmental or other Earth Sciences, Environmental Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Public Policy or related subjects
  • Strong quantitative and/or modeling skills
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher 
Professional Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
