Background: WTI is looking for an Assistant Programme Officer for its Wild Aid division to work in coordination with the Officer in Charge. The candidate should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to address critical wildlife emergencies through innovative approaches.
- Assisting in the selection, implementation and monitoring process of RAPs (Rapid Action Project) across the country
- Will be responsible for preparing internal and external reports
- Will be responsible for preparing proposals to funding agencies for financial support
Skills:
- Basic understanding of wildlife issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel and Powerpoint
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Zoology/ Environment Science or any other relevant subject
Preferable experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience will be preferred, fresh candidates may also apply
