Description

Purpose

  • To contribute to Ofgem’s work on the development of the New Schemes Development programmes, focusing on the Renewable Heat Incentive.
  • To work with government so that the legislation governing the new low carbon programmes meets Ofgem’s requirements for the operation of the new schemes.
  • To develop the programmes so they can be successfully operated, including putting in place appropriate systems, processes and documents required for their operation.
  • To coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
