The Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) is the regulator for Britain's gas and electricity industries. Our role is to protect consumers and enable them to secure value for money and benefit from reliable supplies.
Working as part of a growing team, you will assist with the management of the new Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) that Ofgem will administer. In particular, you will develop reporting templates, taking into consideration how these might interact with the new database. Once the scheme has gone live, your role will change to assisting with the ongoing management of the CESP scheme.
Key requirements " two A levels or equivalent professional qualification(s) " IT literate with expertise in the use of spreadsheets and databases " excellent communication, organisational and numerical skills, as well as good attention to detail " proven customer service skills and a great team player " an interest in environmental issues (desirable)
