Change Agents UK is pleased to be working with Opportunity Peterborough and University Centre Peterborough to deliver the Peterborough Graduate Scheme, which forms part of the Peterborough DNA programme. This is one of 12 roles on the Peterborough Graduate Scheme (PGS).

 

Background

Skanska is one of the world’s leading construction groups with expertise in construction, development of commercial and residential projects and public-private partnerships. We carry out all aspects of the construction, development and infrastructure process - from financing projects, through design and construction right through to facilities management, operation and maintenance. The role of Assistant Graduate Environmental Advisor will be based within the Peterborough Highways contract currently being delivered by Skanska from the Fengate office for Peterborough City Council.

Objective

With this graduate opportunity, we are hoping to provide an insight into sustainable construction processes and highlight what an environmental career in construction can offer. The successful candidate will cover a small amount of all aspects of sustainability and will gain an awareness of the impact the construction industry can have on the wider environment.
