The Company – Eco2 specialises in developing, constructing and operating renewable energy projects throughout the UK. Our team has an established track record of successful project delivery in a wide range of technologies. Our current activities encompass biomass, wind, landfill gas and emerging technologies such as tidal power.
The Role – Based in East Anglia, you will assist with fuel procurement, quality control and other operational duties to ensure continuity of fuel supply to our biomass projects.
This will involve working with farmers, growers and foresters to develop viable biomass fuel streams and regulating the quality of fuel supplied to our projects. You will build positive relationships with our existing suppliers through regular face to face contact, as well as assisting with the development of the biomass supply chain for future projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience – With relevant practical experience and/or educated to degree level, you would preferably hold or be working towards a related professional qualification. You will need to be confident and good at building strong relationships. Knowledge of agricultural contracting and straw baling would be desirable.
Remuneration – Competitive salary subject to qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include car allowance, healthcare, pension, life insurance and performance related bonus.
