Assistant Ecologists (x2)

CSa Environmental Planning is recruiting for two Assistant Ecologists to assist with a variety of project work next year. The positions will be for six months in the first instance.

You will be given training and good opportunities to gain practical experience. Operating from our Pershore Office, you will work alongside our ecologists, assisting with surveys, administration and reporting. You will also be expected to work and live away from the office in field based roles for some of the time, potentially for significant periods. This is likely to involve reptile and/or amphibian related work in the south of England. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are essential.

You must be able to demonstrate all of the following:
• evidence of a genuine passion for wildlife;
• practical experience of conservation and field survey work;
• a good degree in a relevant ecology/biology based subject;
• a full current driving licence and car ownership.

This is an opportunity for bright, conscientious and highly motivated individuals to demonstrate their ability, gain valuable experience and, potentially, to carve out a longer-term role within a well-regarded and growing consultancy practice.
