Assistant Country Director of Programmes, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

We are currently seeking an Assistant Country Director of Programmes to coordinate and manage the design and development of new and innovative programmes and assist in the marketing and funding of those new initiatives. 

The post holder will be responsible for improving the programme M&E functions and will lead recruitment of programme staff, staff training and development. 

The post is based in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

Salary:  circa £24,000
Contract: 12 months
