A full-time Assistant Administrator required to provide administration support to the Woodmark Team, our Partners from around the globe and our worldwide network of clients. The main element of the role is the management of our finalisation process for certificate reports (Excel) including database entry onto a Salesforce database. The role also includes the production of certificates and other documents for our clients as well as monitoring the Woodmark email inbox which involves responding to new enquiries, trademark approval requests and a whole variety of other questions and queries. A good eye for detail is essential, as are excellent organisation, communication and IT skills.
