Our aim is to promote sustainable energy, while reducing consumption and carbon emissions in the domestic and transport sectors throughout the UK.

Assistant Accreditation Manager – Energy Efficiency
Circa £25,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
Fixed term, London

The purpose of this post is to assist in the management and delivery of the certification elements of the Energy Saving Trust Recommended Scheme.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

· Assist in effectively managing and further developing the ESTR certification scheme
· Assist in writing, managing and delivering the ESTR product standard setting annual workplan
· Annually review the ESTR Pipeline: the tool for prioritizing the setting of new ESTR product standards
· Evaluate all new product endorsement enquiries, in line with the ESTR Pipeline.
· Assist in the timely and effective processing of ESTR company and product applications
· Manage all reporting, forecasting, budgetary and invoicing elements of M64Q

To be successful in this post, you will:

· Have demonstrable experience in product certification
· Be educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
· Have proven ability in negotiating, enforcing and expectation management
· Have excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
· Ideally the post holder will be a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or have received equivalent training to similar standards
· Be results driven and have effective planning and time management skiils
· Be able to demonstrate an understanding and awareness of the concept of impartiality
