Starting salary £19,146 (pay award pending)
There may also be assistance with relocation costs up to £5000.

You will lead on the administration and delivery of the Islay local Goose Management Scheme. This will include assisting with future reviews of Goose Management issues and policy and SNH's contribution to local agricultural initiatives. You will contribute to the work of the Argyll and Stirling Area team, particularly in the delivery of Scotland's Rural Development Programme, Site Condition Monitoring and Nature Conservation Act Review targets.

You must have relevant experience in environmental, agricultural and countryside management, particularly working with public bodies/ NGOs/general public. You will also have knowledge of SNH or SGRPID management schemes, particularly Goose Management Schemes. In depth experience of GIS systems and access databases, with experience in collating, processing, analysing data and report writing, is also required
