Contribute positively and with high levels of energy to the development of the E-CARE Team
within Commercial, so that E-CARE comes to be recognised as an exemplar in the field of
countryside visitor attraction management. Contribute similarly to the development of the
angling enterprise generally, and the fish rearing and stocking activity in particular, within
Dwr Cymru, so that Dwr Cymru comes to be recognised as being at the very forefront of the
angling industry in Wales and the UK.

Specialise in green space lands management service to the core business covering Grounds
Maintenance, Forestry management, Biodiversity, Public Access, Conservation and Amenity.  
Specialise also in providing a Fisheries management service to the business, working in
support of Public Recreation, Conservation and Amenity and focussing on reservoirs where
an angling offering is profitable and sustainable.

You will be required to manage internal relationships with stakeholders within the business
and be a credible representative of DCWW and the E-CARE Team externally, and with a
commensurate level of expertise, especially expertise in angling and fisheries management.
Contribute to the leadership of the Commercial E-CARE team and the mentoring and
development of your staff.

Support the development of an enhanced commercial awareness across E-CARE, and
especially apply this in the Fisheries enterprise, especially through the efficient procurement
of fish and feed

Develop the Conservation, Access, Recreation and Education elements of the E-CARE
organisation into a self-standing business unit with full profit and loss responsibility and a
focus on financial performance.  Similarly, develop the angling enterprise into a self-standing
business unit within the E-CARE with full profit and loss responsibility and a focus on
financial performance.
