This project provides professional and comprehensive veterinary care for the animals of the Galapagos Islands. It primarily treats invasive species (cats and dogs) but occasionally partners with the National Park to treat endemic animals. The project is looking for long term medical volunteers for its clinic (e.g. veterinarians, veterinary technicians or students).
There is a one-off volunteer fee of £163 for veterinary students and technicians (no cost for veterinarians) which covers the cost of accommodation and administration expenses. There is a kitchen to prepare meals.
