Analyst

Green Lake Capital, LLC, a growing solar project investment company, seeks an Analyst, to be located in our Oakland, CA office to support our growing solar financing business.

Desired Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Asset Management, Accounting or Finance experience
• Operational and Financial Reporting
• Familiar with Treasury Grants and other tax credits
• Detail Oriented
• Team Player
• Proficient with MS Excel, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Access
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is desirable though not required

Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assist with managing solar assets Assist with financing various projects
• Working with O&M team on estimating solar production
• Application for and tracking of Treasury Grants as well as subsequent reporting requirements
• Create excel spread sheets to track incentives, loan and sponsor equity utilization
• Determine amount of electricity being generated per site and work with outsourced accounting team to bill and collect
• Work with outsource accounting team to ensure timely collection of project receivables
• Client reporting and
• Work with project finance team to identify, track and ensure deliverables and timelines in PPA projects are maintained
