ERM seeks an energetic, senior-level consultant to provide technical and business leadership for the air quality and compliance practice in the St. Louis Region. This position involves air quality regulatory compliance consulting, permit preparation, auditing, and support for large-scale private sector industry in Missouri. Responsibilities include: - Hands-on project management and oversight to ensure quality control of air quality and regulatory compliance projects;
- Effective development of long-term working relationships with clients;
- Proposal development and presentation delivery/preparation to win project work with new and existing clients;
- Leadership in establishing, mentoring, and maintaining billability for air quality and regulatory compliance personnel in the St. Louis office.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental), Environmental Science, or related degree, MS preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in air quality/compliance consulting.
- Consulting experience working with Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and computer skills.
- Established relationships with regulatory authorities and large-scale, private sector industrial companies (potential clients) in Missouri.
- PE certification strongly preferred.
