Air Quality Consultants

This is a leading specialist air quality consultancy in the UK. It provides consultancy services to developers, industry, local authorities and central Government. To support an expanding workload the company is seeking consultants to work as part of a team of air quality specialists. The work will include preparation of air quality assessments for new developments and will involve interpreting monitoring data, using models and GIS, and preparation of reports suitable for submission to local authorities. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years experience as an air quality consultant. You are likely to have an MSc or higher in an appropriate science-based discipline. A high level of computer literacy is required, together with the ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate reports. Candidates will need to be able to work both on their own and as part of a team. They will need to show good communication skills, both orally and in writing, as well as a high technical capability and ability to review and interpret data. Membership of relevant professional institutions, such as IAQM will also be taken into account. A clean driving licence is required and mileage is paid for use of own car. The successful candidate would be based in Bristol and would support a wide range of ongoing projects. They will join the Company as a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant depending on experience.
