The Student Conservation Association (SCA), America’s #1 conservation service organization seeks an Agreement/PartnerLiaisonCoordinator in our Finance department based out of our Charlestown, NH Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with agency personnel, requisition agreements/modifications and prepare federal forms to initiate the process of establishing an agreement with SCA for specific program and/or services.
  • Establishing and maintaining all agreements/modifications and their completion status within SCA’s database system
  • Review various agency/partner agreements to ensure issuance under a current cooperative agreement; verifying program budgets and program dates
  • Provide fee for service quotes to partners upon request
  • Monitor and report to Agreements Manager status of all outstanding agreements in their assigned portfolio
  • Responsible for accuracy of agreement information being entered within SCA’s database system
  • Work closely with the agency partners, establishing positive working relationship
  • Support, when necessary, other activities in the department as needed – billing, collection, data entry, etc.
  • Establish, in coordination with Agreements Manager, inter-departmental meetings to assess program agreement requirement
  • In coordination with the Agreements Manager, keep partnership services and program staff advised of any agreements issues, delays or changes.
