The Role This is a central support role working within, and helping to develop and advance, the Business Development (BD) & Sales team. It is primarily an internally facing role involving business administration, bid (and bid process) coordination, bid/tender delivery, team and external partner engagement. Through the administration of sales opportunities, the co-ordination of bids and the management of tenders for submission to Temple clients, the focus of the role is help to drive new and repeat business by engaging and working with Temple’s internal technical and functional teams. The role includes responsibility for administering, maintaining, implementing, and improving Temple’s Sales & BD processes and systems. This includes reporting to the Board on: the opportunity and bid pipeline; sales and BD activity; and sales performance vs forecast. Main Areas of Responsibility / Performance

Contracted Working Hours - 40 hours per week. Consideration may be given to part-time working (min 32 hours per week) Specific Training – the training required to complete this role will be given.
