Description: Acts as primary front desk receptionist, greets visitors, screens and directs phone calls and processes incoming and outgoing mail. Responsible for ordering office, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Part time position - 4 hours per day - flexible work schedule.
Duties: 1. Acts as primary front desk receptionist. Greets visitors to the company. Answers incoming telephone calls, replies to general questions and directs callers to appropriate individuals or departments. Collects, processes and distributes all incoming and outgoing postal mail and faxes.

2. Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office, bathroom and kitchen supplies, including procuring, maintaining and acquiring postage for company postage meter.

3. This position serves as an integral part of our customer service checks and balances system by providing feedback on issues communicated to person as the company’s first point of contact.

4. Monitors incoming/outgoing mail for efficiencies and opportunities to reduce environmental impact.

5. Documents, updates and maintains a phone call distribution guidelines document for use by self and others.

6. Assist in researching requirements, completing applications and gathering documents to obtain general contractors licenses in various states and registrations for various industry associations/memberships.

7. Perform other high level administrative tasks for other areas of the company as assigned by manager.
Qualifications: Must be comfortable with the use of personal computers and have experience using standard office software applications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Ability to take direction from multiple people
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to manage multi-line telephone

• High school diploma required
• 2 years of office experience

• Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of AGC document software is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Internet searches
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on occasion.
