Soil Association Certification is the UK's leading certifier of organic food, produce and non-food products.  It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Soil Association.
 
We are looking to recruit a new member of our administration team, working to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to our licensees and external contacts. You will handle internal and external enquiries and carry out a wide range of administration tasks, including providing support to our inspection and certification teams.
 
You will have considerable administration experience within an office environment, and ideally considerable experience within a customer service environment.
