About the role

The Administration & HR officer will play a crucial role in the growth of the resources team, particularly in the area of office management and the continuous build up of the HR function at ClientEarth. This will include working with the Administration team to ensure a the smooth running of the office and working with the HR Manager to ensure HR systems are developed and used appropriately taking responsibility for areas such as recruitment administration and management of Health & Safety in the office.

About you

You have excellent organisational skills, able to set priorities and react positively in light of shifting and competing time pressures. You are motivated to achieve results and while doing so can be innovative, creative and flexible. You have strong writing and verbal communication skills, and experience of using those skills in an HR context dealing with situations sensitively, using diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality.
You have a strong knowledge of MS office package and including strong numerical skills and ability to use spreadsheets.
