CSG is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in the Lombard, IL office as support for the Nicor/ComEd Home Energy Savings Program located in Northern Illinois. This position reports to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide program support to Managers and staff to facilitate audit and weatherization work.
  • Provide customer service support to homeowners and contractors by answering customer and contractor questions on the programs and directing phone calls to field staff and supervisors as needed.
  • Process outgoing work orders and incoming paperwork for contractors
  • Contact customers and contractors for missing information and assist n the resolution of any issues as needed.
  • Track and document activities relating to customer and job status.
  • Follow up phone calls to customers/contractors as needed.
  • Provide general office support (e.g. maintain program collateral, assist in meeting preparation, maintain and reorder office supplies as needed, etc
  • Additional duties as determined by management.
