ACTION RESEARCH PROJECT

IUFN has been asked to conduct a study for the French Ministry of Environment on sustainable food systems for city regions. It will focus on two cities which already implemented such policies: Toronto in Canada and Bristol in the UK. The results of this research will be presented to French local authorities in order to identify what practices could be transferred in the French context. A final report will present recommendations for French local authorities.
