We are seeking an Acting Policy & Law Reform Director to lead the Office's high profile and successful policy and law reform activities. The Acting Policy & Law Reform Director will oversee the policy program, participate in the management team, research and write submissions on high profile government proposals, develop discussion papers and other active policy initiatives, play a key stakeholder role in issues relating to environmental law and policy and provide legal policy advice to environmental groups.

This is a maternity leave position and is expected to be for 12 months, commencing in May 2011.

Salary range $71,366 - $77,854 plus superannuation.
