Carbon Disclosure Project is a small but rapidly growing charity, working to raise awareness of the impact of climate change in major corporations and governments worldwide.  We currently employ over 70 staff in 11 locations throughout the world.

We are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant (for Maternity Cover) to work in our small accounts team. The successful applicant will be expected to work hands-on and will be responsible for:

• Liaison with staff re completion of accounts postings
• Working with the existing staff to ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Input of accounting records onto Sage 50.
• Liaison with debtors to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
• Ordering Office Supplies
• Assisting Financial Controller on general accounting matters.

This is a great place to work and our team is the best. The environment is informal but the professional standards we require are the highest. To fill our role you must have:

• Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting packages.
• Previous experience of accounts input.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
