Account Executive


Etrinsic is part of the InnerWorkings Group - a global print management and promotional solutions provider, with a group head office in Chicago and a strong presence in the USA, Latin America and EMEA, with over 800 worldwide employees and an annual turnover in excess of $480m. As the hub for all European trading activity, etrinsic provides a full range of print management services to a diverse UK and European client base. 

WWF-UK has been a key client for a number of years and the account is currently managed by our Account Manager, Jenny May who works on site in Godalming and Ian Stolworthy, Account Director, a regular visitor on site at WWF-UK, both of whom are supported from etrinsic's head office site in Solihull. Recruitment for this position is the result of a requirement to transfer more of the account management and processing work to the onsite operation at WWF-UK in order to deliver additional operational efficiencies. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join the team in providing the service delivery of print, promotional and direct mail services to WWF-UK. The position will be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of the production cycle of all printed items, liaising with sponsors within the client to fulfil their print requirements, other internal departments and third party suppliers in order to deliver a consistent and high standard operational solution. A job description is attached.


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate

Willingness to travel to etrinsic's head office in Solihull as and when required
Experience within the print industry is an advantage but not essential
Full training will be given

Remuneration Package

Remuneration package will include basic salary and quarterly bonus based on achievement of key performance indicators - specifics will be discussed at interview stage.
Contractual 37.5 hour working week (Monday - Friday) but this position will require someone prepared to work additional hours when required
25 days holiday + statutory bank holidays + additional long service holidays
