4 Seasons Challenge

THE 4 SEASONS CHALLENGE:

Four 10K races in four parks across North, South, East and West London. 

Each race presents its own special challenge, but together they become a new and unique annual event for London's popular running calendar - the 4 Seasons Challenge! Run one, run them all...

Sunday 3rd July - 4 Seasons Summer: Hackney Marshes
Sunday 18th September - 4 Seasons Autumn: Finsbury Park
Sunday 13th November - 4 Seasons Winter: Crystal Palace
Sunday TBC April 2012 - 4 Seasons Spring: Kew Gardens

Runners can enter individual races as a one-time competitor or register for the full 4 Seasons Challenge. You can even complete your 4-race challenge between this year and next - there are no rules on which 10K race you start your challenge with, you just need to compete in all four seasons.

This summer race is really where the fun begins with East London representing their form around Hackney Marshes on July 3! The first of our 4 Season Challenges, the Spring 10K, took place in Kew last month. A festive crowd came to run for the rainforest in both the kid's 1K and our usual 10K. Once again we're expecting a good turn-out for the Summer event in Hackney Marshes and particularly looking forward to the kids 1K, a real family affair with parents and friends running alongside the children! We'll of course have the all usual extras including refreshments and massage therapists, as well as the much appreciated Zumba warm-up!
