2 x Business Analyst
Circa £40,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
London, Fixed Term 12 months

The purpose of this role is to provide a detailed breakdown and analysis of changes to EST’s business systems and processes and produce and document the functional business requirements which define the business needs.

The main responsibilities for this post include:

  • Conducting interviews and workshops to collect information on and better understand business requirements for projects;
  • Translate requirements into functional specification documentation;
  • Evaluate and compare different possible solutions and recommend the best way forward;
  • Project manage the implementation of any solution through to completion;
  • Analyse and document business processes.

To be successful in this post, you will have:

  • Project and programme management experience with the ability to simultaneously manage a number of disparate tasks / projects / groups;
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills;
  • Sound judgement and business acumen, together with strong negotiating and influencing skills;
  • An understanding of sustainable energy and the challenges facing the sector;
  • Budget and Supplier Management experience.
