The minimum requirements for each junior expert are the following:
Qualifications and skills
Academic degree in one of the following specialities: law, environmental economics, public
administration or related fields;
Excellent presentation and communication skills;Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent knowledge of Russian is required for at least
1 members of the support staff;
Report drafting skills;
General professional experience
At least 5 years of general professional experience in the field of environment or economy.
Specific professional experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in environmental management or related field;
Experience in working with the Russian institutions or companies responsible for waste
management would be an advantage.
