Forests are critical to supporting an abundance of human and animal life. We are seeking global campaign strategists with a passion for inspiring positive change on a global scale, including the precious forests in Brazil, Canada, the Congo Basin, Indonesia, and Russia. We are now seeking a several outstanding Global Campaign Strategists and Mobilisation Gurus for our Forests campaign capable of mobilising, developing and championing Greenpeace’s global campaigning activities engaging a wide range of stakeholders. We are growing worldwide and re-focusing our work in key emerging areas. Working for Greenpeace International's Global Campaign Leader for Forests you would play a key role in enabling Forest campaigners, mobilizers, communicators and fundraisers around the world to write the next chapter in the Greenpeace story to create a green and peaceful future. This role is known as the “Senior Portfolio Manager”, though the titles used externally more likely be Global Campaign “Strategist”.” The Global Campaign Leader will be looking for a mix of skills and expertise within this team of senior global campaign strategists and advisors, including but not limited to communications, new and social media, mobilization, corporate markets campaigning, political campaigning, investigations, research, economy, and legal strategies. The Global Campaign Leader will also be looking for individuals who can bring both international work experience and a deep knowledge of what it takes to make in change in one of the key fronts in this campaign, including Brazil, Central Africa, Indonesia, China, or India.
