Wilderness Defender Campaign Coach - Melbourne

Be a driving force behind the movement to protect Australia's nature. As a coach you will lead, mentor, support and develop the skills of our passionate and inspiring in house face to face fundraising teams. Full training and ongoing support provided.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspire the public to commit funds and support that ensures the success of The Wilderness Society's mission.
• Coach individuals, as directed by the team Coordinator, to demonstrate increased ongoing success.
• Report all coaching and skill development
• Undertake group training sessions (workshops) as required.
• Be available to lead regular travel trips to rural or interstate locations.
• Uphold TWS purpose and values whilst engaging the public.
• Other ad hoc tasks as directed.

Selection Criteria

• Commitment to The Wilderness Society's values.
• Extensive face to face fundraising experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in training or coaching a sales team.
• Ability to work within set deadlines and achieve desired results in a fast paced work environment.
• Ability to relate to people of all ages, financial and social backgrounds.
