The course will cover all aspects of Scotland's orchid flora with illustrated presentations to show the wide diversity of habitats where orchids can be found together with pointers to aid identification in the field.
On three days we shall be visiting a number of orchid sites in Perthshire and Angus where all of the species in flower at the time, and the more difficult subject of hybrids, will be studied and discussed.
This course should benefit all with a fascination for this unique and magical family of plants.
