Join our Waste & Recycling Team based in our attractive modern office environment in the historic town of Witney. You would be working in a beautiful area (part AONB) which is also subject to significant development.
We are looking for a team player who has the ability to plan and manage workload and achieve results whilst working within a demanding environment. You will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is dynamic with a high level of motivation. You will need to be able to provide professional advice on all aspects of different methods of marketing and communication waste and recycling collection services.
Your role will include the delivery of communicating changes to the waste and recycling collection service to all householders in the District this will involve the redesign of the communication materials and contacting stakeholders, arranging door knocking of households to promote the service change, as well as monitoring and evaluating the impact of the food waste campaign.
Ideally you will have a degree in an environmental related field or equivalent experience. As well as knowledge and experience of different methods of marketing and communicating waste and recycling collection services.
