Volunteer Project Assistant - Urban Agriculture

We have ongoing opportunities for structured volunteering placements within Groundwork Merseyside’s Urban Agriculture team (UAT).

You will be supporting the UAT delivering a suite of growing related projects that support various groups and agencies across Merseyside to develop skills, confidence, fitness levels etc. through the medium of horticulture.

You must be hard working, have good communication skills, a sound understanding of horticultural principles and a passion for enthusing people from all backgrounds around the joys and benefits associated with growing.

The placement will be for 6 months. You must be flexible in your working hours as some evening and weekend work is required.
