Description

Two volunteer Rangers required to assist the Perthshire Ranger to carry out practical conservation tasks, including control of bracken and other non-natives, footpath maintenance, and site infrastructure reports.  Assist in flora and fauna surveying and monitoring.

Also, to assist the Visitor Centre Manager at Loch of the Lowes, Dunkeld, with day-to-day running of the centre including Reception duties, speaking to the public and recruiting new members to the organisation.

Free accommodation in eco-friendly bothy by the side of a Perthshire loch.

Gain experience in conservation management, survey and monitoring.

Interviews will be held and can include an overnight stay to allow candidates to see the accommodation and facilities.
