Vacancies: 2 full time vacancies (Singaporeans and Singapore PR only)
Description: Handle all volunteer queries, recruit new volunteers, manage the databases for different volunteer teams, organise regular volunteers' meetings, describe and allocate specific volunteer duties, train and orient the volunteers, organise volunteer appreciation events, maintain cordial communications with the volunteers, manage the feedback mechanism and constantly work on improving the volunteer programme to ensure a fulfilling experience for the volunteers. Qualifications: Experience in working with and organising volunteer related events preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Must be enthusiastic, positive, patient, friendly and motivating people of all ages. |
