Volunteer Coordinator

Starting salary -  £23,000 - £25,000  (salary and benefits will be according to experience.)
Full Time 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for a passionate individual who loves working with people and with an interest in the outdoors.

Working as part of the busy community engagement team you'll be responsible for working with our large team of volunteers, from recruitment, to training and supporting volunteers make a significant and effective contribution to the Trust’s work and ensure that volunteering with the Trust is meaningful and rewarding.

You'll have experience of working with volunteers in the field of visitor services with a proven track record of successful management.  A flexible approach is necessary as hours may vary, and may include weekend and evening work.
