Venue Manager

Eden has a superb opportunity for a talented, motivated manager to join its hospitality team.
Our Venue Managers are key to driving forward the success of our venues across site, inspiring the team to be world class, setting the standards and service levels that others will follow.  They are responsible for bringing leadership, passion and flair to the entire venue operation – from atmosphere to service, from standards to budget performance.

You will identify and put in place effective front of house policies and procedures to ensure our venue experience is truly show-stopping and brings to life Eden’s wider mission and vision. This will include liaising with the Head Chef on new menus and with the Production Manager on deliveries.

Our successful candidate will have a passion for food, service, people development and a drive to increase sales, they will act as a role model and maintain an enthusiastic, flexible and customer-focused approach at all times. The ability to be pragmatic, and level headed during the busiet of days, whilst keeping an eye for detail is essential.

This is a demanding and exacting role, which requires a continual focus on visitor satisfaction and budget performance, whilst enthusing and inspiring your team.
